Hello friends. Herre’s some new tunes from the urban music genre you should be boppin’ your heads to. Thank you to The 3XGP’s authorized suppliers, the NMC.

The Dream ft. Kanye West
- Walkin’ On The Moon
The-Dream has the hottest buzz of any artist releasing a new album in the next few weeks. He has made a successful transition from singer/songwriter to perennial R&B superstar. Special guest appearance from Kanye West and this tune is going to be huge whenever they decide to release it to radio. Love vs. Money will be in stores Tuesday, March 10, 2009.
Rick Ross ft. Avery Storm
- On Top Of The World
Officer Riccccccky may have bit off more than he could chew when he called out 50 Cent on ‘Mafia Music.’ However aside from him currently losing the rap beef with Curly, the product Rick Ross is presenting for Deeper Than Rap has been exceptional. The biggest problem for this Bosssss is that it will totally be overshadowed for his inability to compete with 50 Cent from a viral point of view. For every repsonse Rick Ross has tried to retaliate to Curtis, he has come up short. Creatively he lacks that juice that 50 has built a career off dising other rap acts. Deeper Than Rap is in stores March 24, 2009, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the album gets pushed back due to you know what.

The Black Eyed Peas
- Boom Boom Pow
The Black Eyed Peas are back and their first radio single is going to get some heavy spins this spring. This is the first offering from their 6th studio album, The E.N.D. (The Energy Never Dies). Fergie does her thing on the auto-tune movement on this track. The E.N.D. (The Energy Never Dies) will be in stores Tuesday, June 09, 2009.

Busta Rhymes – Anthrax
Industry vet Trevor Smith Jr. is gearing up for his 8th studio album, Back On My B.S. His album has been delayed well over a year due in part to a split from Intercope Records. But now under Universal Motown, Busta Rhymes is back on his grind. One of hip-hop’s most charismatic performers of our generation, the real question will be if Busta Rhymes can deliever units when Back On My B.S. hits retailers on Tuesday, March 24, 2009.

Trey Songz – Brand New
Trey Songz is gearing up for his third studio album titled Ready. The 23-year-old is prepping the follow up to his 2007 smash, Trey Day. ‘Brand New’ is another one that the ladies will enjoy.

Ciara ft. Justin Timberlake
- Love Sex Magic
Apparently Ciara’s first single from Fantasy Ride titled ‘Never Ever’ featuring Young Jeezy didn’t take off as expected. It’s something about Polow Da Don’s music, it’s usually a hit or a miss. So Jive is moving forward with a tune that Justin Timberlake co-wrote. Production was created courtesy of The Y’s. Fantasy Ride has been pushed back a few times and will be gearing for a Tuesday, April 07, 2009 release.

Flo Rida ft. Pleasure P – Shone
Flo Rida is letting everyone know that he’s not just bubblegum rap for the masses, he’s got a few heaters for the heads as well. Take this track with production by the ultra talented Jim Jonsin and newcomer Pleasure P. A real heavy b-side tune on the upcoming R.O.O.T.S., which will be in stores Tuesday, April 07, 2009.

Drake ft. Peter Bjorn & John – Let’s Call It Off
Drake ft. Lil’ Wayne – Ignant Shit
As of this writing, So Far Gone the mixtape is unquestionably the most talked about piece of music in quite some time. Newcomer Drake has clearly erased any notion that he couldn’t do it on a high level given his teen actor TV status. It also doesn’t hurt to have a co-sign from the world’s #1 rap artist in Lil’ Wayne either. Some say Drake is a mix of Kanye and Weezy,. I that’s tru, only big things are ahead for the Toronto rapper.

Joe Budden – In My Sleep
This is the second single release from Joe Budden’s Padded Room. Talk about a shoestring budget, production wise Joey needs help. But lyrically you can’t take nothing away from Mouse. Padded Room in stores this Tuesday, February 24, 2009. If anything, the music video should nice – featuring his girlfriend Tahiry as the female video lead and directed by Rik Cordero.

Slim Thug ft. Mannie Fresh
– Show Me Love
Slim Thugga and Mannie Fresh = radio friendly club tune. Boss of all Bosses in stores Tuesday, March 24, 2009.

Flo Rida – Right Round
This is tune is so radio friendly that it sucks. But when you play it one too many times, it starts to grow on you. If you don’t believe me, this single pushed 636,000 units last week en route to Flo Rida’s second career #1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
