BILLBOARD 200 REPORT: Taylor Swift Reigns Again On Billboard 200

For the fourth consecutive week, Taylor Swift’s Fearless LP is #1, hits double platinum in sales.

Lil’ Wayne’s Tha Carter III was 2008′s highest selling album of the year with 2.88 million records sold.
