This past week in Brooklyn, New York, DJ Khaled shot the music video with his usual cast of supporters. It was shot green room style, so expect some artsy stuff when the video premieres in a few weeks.
Majority of the rappers were in town for Hot 97′s annual Summer Jam concert, so it worked out on a logistics level. Khaled had a similar set up for “I’m So Hood-RMX”, which was shot the weekend of the 2007 BET Hip-Hop awards last October in Atlanta.
Probably the best addition to the record will be Young Jeezy, he spit a new verse on the video version. Jeezy’s contribution could boost the record, and to be honest this record is not on the level of “We Takin’ Over”. That track ranks up there as one of the greatest posse cuts of all time.
